Following the lockdown boost on sales, Simply Cake’s digital advertising wasn’t getting the results they wanted. The brownies were still the best around, customers were loyal and satisfied but the conversion from those ads were missing. A fresh pair of digital marketing eyes were needed to carefully analyse their existing marketing strategy.
